We have over 200 egg laying chicks that we expect to start laying by mid summer so keep an eye out for a fresh egg add on for the CSA.

Winter season.

We are well into our winter season and now that our weather has warmed up things should start to get even better. For the last three weeks with below freezing temperatures and the afternoons not to much higher the crops were not growing at all but these last few days of sun has made the plants very happy and there should be even more produce in the shares.

Apple Trees

We planted 18 apple trees this spring.  12 Fuji and 6 Gala.  There will not be many apples this year but in the following years they should start to do very well.  If you have any suggestions on what fruits we should plant in the future let us know.
